Manages SAP Business One ERP system, builds automated workflows connecting business systems, analyzes operational data, and creates reports to streamline tea production and distribution operations.
Headquarters: Millerton, NY
URL: https://www.harney.com
About the role
Harney & Sons has been making and selling fine tea from Millerton, New York for over four decades. We are family-owned, we are growing, and we run our business through a single ERP system: tea production and blending, direct-store-delivery truck distribution, a Shopify storefront, and wholesale accounts across the country and overseas.
This role sits at the center of that. You will work inside SAP Business One to build the processes, reports, and tools the business runs on, and you will learn how tea gets blended, packed, loaded onto a truck, and delivered.
A meaningful share of the work is hands-on building. Our systems have to talk to each other â the ERP, the storefront, the shipping and distribution side â and the automations that connect them need someone who can write the queries and scripts behind them and prove they actually work.
You will report directly to the Director of ERP and Manufacturing Operations. The team is small, so your work is visible and you will see the results of what you build.

Working directly alongside our DevOps & Security lead, youâll take real ownership of how we operate, from the requests that unblock people every day to the infrastructure projects that scale the platform. Youâll also work closely with Engineering to harden and evolve the systems that a growing base of institutional partners depends on.
Youâll be the person who keeps a real production fintech protocol running day to day: handling the access requests, deployments, and infrastructure tasks that our engineering org depends on, and making sure nothing blocks the team from shipping. Youâll work directly with our DevOps & Security engineer in a small, high-trust team, taking ownership of the operational and platform work so it runs smoothly and predictably. Youâll touch more infrastructure in six months than most engineers see in three years, across GCP, Cloudflare, CI/CD, and multi-chain deployments. If youâre process-oriented, like owning systems and documentation, and want to build a serious platform/DevOps career in Web3, this is the role.
This is a hands-on platform and operations role. Day to day youâll keep engineering and IT operations running; over time youâll take on larger infrastructure projects end to end.
Tech stack: GCP, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Python/Bash, plus Web3 tooling.
This is a full-time, permanent role. We work fully remote with a European base, generally around 09:00 to 17:00 local time, with the flexibility to overlap US hours when something needs it. Thereâs an annual learning budget for courses, conferences, and certifications, and the occasional out-of-hours moment when a production incident needs attention, typically only a handful of times a year and always with escalation support behind you.
Youâd own the operational backbone of a live fintech protocol with over $1B in real assets onchain, working directly alongside a senior DevOps and Security engineer, with room to grow into deeper infrastructure, security, and platform ownership. Itâs hands-on Web3 and compliance-grade infrastructure experience you wonât get in many places, in a small, fast-moving, well-funded team, fully remote and flexible, with real autonomy over the systems you look after.

Who We Are
Our Company
JuneShine Brands was built by people who believe you shouldnât have to choose between living well and working hard. Our founders met through a shared love of surfing, the outdoors, and chasing experiences worth having. That spirit still runs through everything we do.
We are a company with a purpose beyond profit. Every brand we build exists for a reason. We believe the next generation of consumers will choose brands that reflect their values, and we intend to build exactly those brands.
We hire exceptional people and get out of their way. Flexible hours, no micromanagement, and trust as the default â we take cues from Yvon Chouinardâs Let My People Go Surfing, a book we give every new hire on day one. We value people who are hungry and humble, who take ownership without being asked, who move fast without cutting corners, and who make everyone around them better. If that sounds like you, weâd love to meet you.
