The Role
This is an exciting role at the intersection of business building, AI First thinking, and product development. As a Chief of Staff you operate in founding mode. You will work closely with the CEO and Founder with a clear mandate: identify, design, and drive AI powered growth opportunities.
You will develop a deep understanding of market workflows, client needs, and untapped growth potential. You will translate those insights into concrete product requirements, priorities and compelling business cases. From discovery and prototyping through to go-to-market execution, you own the full arc.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate growth options strategically:
- You assess which AI-powered opportunities are genuinely relevant for Alasco - product innovations, AI-native workflows or Real Estate specific solutions. You cut through the noise quickly, identify where real potential lies, and form concrete, decision-ready views.
Run continuous discovery:
- This involves talking directly with real-world users and clients to understand workflows, constraints, and failure modes. You work in close collaboration with our Engineering and Product teams.
Own AI use cases:
- From discovery to rollout, you define, prioritize, and ship AI features with clear success criteria. You experiment hands-on with AI and don’t rely on engineering to explain what a model can do. You prompt, test, evaluate outputs, and bring those insights directly into product decisions.
Track the ecosystem:
- You monitor adjacent developments, competitor moves, client signals, and relevant research to align with positioning and pricing.
Align stakeholders around explicit trade-offs:
- You keep Product, Design, Engineering, Management, and Go-to-Market aligned. You define metrics for outcomes, quality, and adoption - and you steer by them.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance environment like strategy consulting, venture capital, a high-growth start up, or you have founded something yourself.
- Proven end-to-end product ownership experience or equivalent responsibility in B2B SaaS business operating in complex, high-stakes domains.
- Technical background and mindset, including the ability to work with complex technical systems, and hands-on coding experience is a strong plus.
- The ability to manage ambiguity: you turn unclear, open-ended problems into structured plans and concrete next steps.
- Truly AI native: you use AI tools every day and are energized by the opportunity to develop our entire organization’s AI capabilities.
- Precise, confident communication in both fluent German and English. You make decisions, stand behind them, and create clarity for the team - even when the answer is uncomfortable.
